SCOPE
Water network rehabilitation, replacement of old dilapidated pipework, procurement of leak detection equipment, establishment and training of a specialist team to monitor and manage water losses (physical and commercial), creation of DMAS, installation of a smart water network to enable remote monitoring and control of pressure.
